Step 1 - Receive A Quote
We have created an online interview with several important questions which will help us in giving you the most accurate quote. Please, complete the project interview by clicking the "Request Quote" link, once your information is received a representative will call you to quote you a price for the design & development of your site.
Step 2 - Design Agreement & Initial Payment/Deposit
Once we have provided you with a quote for the design and development of your site and you approve the quote we are then ready to proceed to the next step. Our design contract will now be presented to you and at this time we will require a 50% deposit for your design project. This deposit can be made using the online payments link or can be mailed to the address found on our contact page. For your convinience, you may review the design contract.
Step 3- Initial Consultation:
We will make an appointment to discuss your sites content either in person or by phone if outside the Florida area. Successful web design must focus on the business needs of the client and how they relate to their customers. No-one knows your business better than you. So what we do is work closely with you to understand your needs and objectives. We gain knowledge of the core components of your business, what it does and how it works. Through this initial consultation we will determine the best approach to developing your site.
Step 4 - Designing Initial Layout
At this point we will create a Mockup Design for your consideration based on the information you have provided us. You will be given the opportunity to make revisions to the initial layout before we develop the source code for your website. During this time you can provide us with the textual content which you'll want included in the pages of your site along with any photographs (If needed we can provide royalty free photos ffor use on your site at the rate of $3.00/pic). You may submit the textural content via email.
Step 5 - Development & Testing
During this stage, you can watch as we build your website to completion on our staging server, at this point you can make a list of minor changes or corrections that need to be made to the content of your site before launch.
Step 6 - Web Site Launch
Once your site is developed and tested, the payment balance will now become due . Once your payment is received, your site will be uploaded and launched.
